Start with ethics, values
What do you truely value? What matters most to you?
The simplest formulation of ethics I know is:
Be kind to yourself, be kind to others, be kind to the planet.
It’s the only one you have.
Then Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle (in that order!). Or should it be
RETHINK, REFUSE, REDUCE, Reuse, Repair and Recycle?
Can you apply this to what you eat? Food is a good starting point.
What do we really NEED? "Fundamental Human Needs"
What kind of world do you wish your children and grandchildren to live in?
“Create a society where people matter more than things.” (Desmond Tutu)
